Kirk is a CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in financial reporting compliance, helping businesses stay ahead in today’s complex financial environment. He has extensive expertise working with publicly traded companies, specializing in SEC filings, correspondence, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before founding Sadler Gibb, Kirk sharpened his skills at Deloitte and has since served as a contract CFO, providing strategic financial leadership to clients across private equity, technology, construction, and manufacturing industries. Fluent in Spanish, Kirk has successfully partnered with international clients throughout the Americas and Europe, bringing a global perspective to his work.
